we have been using mavn for about one year now, they implemented our website as per requirements of users & also helped us set up live demo site which was perfect in terms of content management system's front end display options. Support has always delivered timely responses whenever required via chat or email support tickets. The pricing structure can be considered reasonable only if you plan accordingly (it may not suit your budget). I would recommend doing due diligence before signing any contract agreement - do proper research regarding their capabilities / expertise level etc., there could still many other players who provide similar solutions at much lower prices but might lack certain specific features/capabilities. Website functionality enhancement including user experience improvement by leveraging its CMS platform like WordPress.
