Worked well for me, had to remove over 200 square feet. Feet of old terracotta tiles that have been WELDED to a concrete base in most places. Literally (slowly) crumbling back into pieces of pottery and china. Used in an Extreme Power US rock drill that worked much better than the Bosch jackhammer and 1" chisel I previously rented. I didn't need to sharpen the blade during this project, although you could if you had a grinding wheel. Recommend this if you need an SDS Plus bit (make sure you select the correct size/shank configuration) for tile removal and fine bit removal.
