Review on 💡 Bulbrite 134019 40W Vintage Edison Squirrel Cage-style Bulb by Sheryl Lockwood

I was looking for a cheaper version of the teardrop bulbs that some upscale hardware stores sell. Yes, these are beautiful teardrop shapes, they emit soft light and are non-glare which is ideal for fixtures with exposed bulbs. However, the amber light of these lamps lends itself to both retro style and trendy industrial style. I'm going for a cozy casual look and have golden yellow and white walls; amber light rocks my space. I would like Bulbrite to offer these bulbs in clear glass which will not give off an amber glow. Update: After about a month of use, I noticed today that of the two bulbs I received, one has a distinctly amber glass and the other has an almost clear glass with a slight amber tinge. When purchasing, I would choose clear/almost clear glass if I had an option, but I didn't notice such an option. Now I want to buy these light bulbs in clear glass, but how to choose? Or is the glass color random like handmade items?
