I didn't give the full 5 stars because it's not self-adhesive but using clear tape did worked very well (I haven't tried glue or anything else, I think that would work too.) I especially like the detailed eyes with lashes, they're cute and my boyfriend loves to put googly eyes on everything so keep it I them so every gift I give him I add a nice personal touch to all my gifts and there are so many options to choose from to keep it fresh.
