After trying this product i was left unsatisfied. The mouth guard was too bulky and uncomfortable for my child, making it difficult for them to breathe during sports games. It also didn't fit well and fell out several times, causing more distractions during the game .Although it's marketed as being convertible and "thirsty", it didn't live up to its promises. Sports and outdoors enthusiasts should look elsewhere for a better mouth guard option for their kids..
