Review on Norpro 865 Master Apple Potato Slicer by Mandy Rodriguez

I used it straight out of the box. I barely peeled the skin, just cut the core out of half of the apple. So I decided to read the instructions and the troubleshooting guide. He suggested that I should adjust the core and the cleaner. I did it. It didn't help, it got worse! The peeler either cut half an inch and kept going deeper or didn't peel at all. I kept making adjustments to suit the images provided, but the images weren't very detailed. I matched everything up as the semi-detailed pictures told me, but then the shaft stopped working to push the apple through and it actually stopped halfway and started rotating. Unfortunately I missed the return window but it's worthless.
