Amazing quality and great smell!
The balm was safely packed and in the original packaging! The balm itself is very pretty, surprisingly heavier than expected, smells and feels amazing! At first I was confused how to open it but you just twist the bottom part until the balm comes out. To close it, just twist it back and you should hear a faint click. Overall I am very happy with my experience and would recommend this seller!
