I bought this kit and received my guards yesterday. Since I missed my 3 months of teeth whitening I emailed support and they apologized and returned it within about 5 minutes of receiving my message. The guards themselves are very comfortable and I slept with them for the first time last night and the first night I woke up with no rubbing or bruising pain.
