Excellent customer service!
I bought this scanner in November 2020 and used it twice on my 07 Chevy Tahoe to clear some codes. The original scanner stopped working, after the third use it wouldn't turn on. The company got in touch after my bad rating and quickly solved the problem. I received a new scanner on February 5, 2021 and it works without any problems. Amazing customer service, I would wholeheartedly recommend this item to future buyers.
