Excellent customer service!

I bought this for my son's birthday. We used it twice and the front wheel started making a grinding noise. I emailed the company and they responded to me within a few hours. They asked me to send them a video of the noise and then sent us a replacement car. My son loves it and feels great in our front yard over rocks and ditches. We just wish the battery life was a little longer, but it comes with an extra battery that can be turned off while the first one is charging. So just a minor inconvenience - I won't complain about it! So far we love this car! Thanks very much!
