It has been easy to get familiar with this program since it’s similar to other programs that we have used before. The training was very helpful as well! I am able to use my computer skills without having someone else do them for me. Sometimes you lose focus if you are not actively using your keyboard or screen. This can be fixed by just sitting down at your desk and working through the steps. If you want an all-inclusive software solution, then RSI is worth looking into. You will see what benefits there are from using their services. There really isn't anything bad about this product. We were provided great service when needed. They helped us out whenever we had questions regarding our account security needs.
