I have had my 880 for many years. I hope to be able to use it for many more years. I was skeptical, I hated universal remotes and each one didn't offer full functionality which meant I was always digging the remote out of the drawer. what was the point A friend of mine, whose experience I trusted and who had similar doubts about universal remotes, told me, "Just buy it. go get one next month or if you don't like it i'll buy it off you". I thought it was the best risk free deal I could ever get. I bought one. I'm never going back to them Console came and now I never bother with remotes other than this one It's perfect Online setup is easy and it has everything from old esoteric audiophile gear to stuff that just came out last month It's smart , it includes and turns things off as needed and is so easy to use I can just give it to my girlfriends guests parents etc knowing they can use whatever they want And the stereo on DVD Use one another remote control to adjust the volume. Just press the button that says "Watch DVD. "It's that simple. So simple that I've known at least five others that friends and family have shared since using it dung bought I mean. It's expensive but worth it. I'm five years old and I can't think of anything I would trade it for.
