The drill has been running (on and off) for about 30 minutes I've done all the troubleshooting steps but it still doesn't work. I have emailed the seller. I still haven't received an answer. I called Reven. They didn't help much at all. One of the reps said they could send me a shipping label to send it back and once it was sent back they could send it back so I could order another one. I asked if it was just so they wouldn't worry about me. She answered yes! Then I asked the boss, who transferred me to someone else. He said it would take 24-48 hours to email me to see if I could get a replacement. But there was nothing more they could do to help. I would now really like to buy a more expensive drill from another seller. This is the 2nd drill of the same type that I have ordered. I would advise buying a more expensive drill that may work from another seller. I am extremely disappointed. Because in the 30 minutes I've been using it, it seemed like really good exercise.
