I'm not a boxer but decided to try this hand and eye trainer. The instructions say to start with a beginner ball to get used to it. I have no doubt about that, but I found it more difficult to use than the second (red) ball. You have to touch the first ball very lightly. As I transitioned to second ball, I started throwing larger combinations much more consistently (10-12 hits in a row with no misses). You can definitely feel the red ball a little more (it's firmer) and I could see how it hurts when it connects to your face incorrectly. Reproductive organs at full speed. I'm looking forward to the prom, it's really fun to climb up. I recommend this quick workout if you are alone, don't want to spend a lot of money and have plenty of space to work. I'm sure it looks pretty silly until you get really good!
