What a fun quarantine training toy

Bought this for myself to exercise and have fun at home as we all stay at home. This is a very fun toy and it gives you a great job too. I thought I had great hand-eye coordination, but this reflex ball proved me wrong. I took a few hits in the face and chest but the ball is soft so it doesn't really hurt. My 7 year old daughter tried it too and got hit a couple of times and was ok so it's suitable for kids too. It's easy to set up and only takes a minute to correctly calculate the distance. It

Ridiculously funny! in reaction balls

I am 10 years old. old at 67 years. the body of an old woman. I saw it in an ad and had to try it. Important to know - Make sure the rubber band on the beginner (you start with a beginner ball of course. Minimizes silent hexes if you get hit in the head with the ball during practice) the ball is the right length for your torso. . Practice indoors with even lighting, no harsh overhead lights, etc. I usually practice outdoors early in the morning before sunrise. Cloudy days are great. It takes…

All balls feel the same no steps

When I arrived I was very disappointed to find that all the reflex balls were very close to the same density. I used a Box brand reflex ball and it was great and actually came with balls of different weights. I fell in love with the heaviest ball as soon as I learned how to use this product better. It was actually a solid ball that helped work your ankles and felt great once you got into a rhythm. Unfortunately the string started to deteriorate and won't stretch anymore so I decided to try this

Fun and healthy grab and go workout

I'm not a boxer but decided to try this hand and eye trainer. The instructions say to start with a beginner ball to get used to it. I have no doubt about that, but I found it more difficult to use than the second (red) ball. You have to touch the first ball very lightly. As I transitioned to second ball, I started throwing larger combinations much more consistently (10-12 hits in a row with no misses). You can definitely feel the red ball a little more (it's firmer) and I could see how it hurts

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
