Bought this for myself to exercise and have fun at home as we all stay at home. This is a very fun toy and it gives you a great job too. I thought I had great hand-eye coordination, but this reflex ball proved me wrong. I took a few hits in the face and chest but the ball is soft so it doesn't really hurt. My 7 year old daughter tried it too and got hit a couple of times and was ok so it's suitable for kids too. It's easy to set up and only takes a minute to correctly calculate the distance. It will be a great gift for kids, adults and kids to kill some time and get some exercise at the same time.
