First of all I received the mixer in less than 24 hours... how is that possible? It was packaged very securely with clear and easy to use instructions for use. There was even a thank you note on the mixer with helpful tips. The blender is light and modern. Tried a new recipe for Grissini and used dough hooks. It was a keto batter that wasn't easy to mix due to the ingredients, this mixer handled it with ease. Surprised how easy it was to remove the excess dough and then remove the dough hooks. It's so nice that there are so many speed options. My old blender had three speeds; this Yomelo blender has nine! Overall very happy with this blender.
