Review on Adapter Stouchi Headphone Version 2Pack Gray by Brian Trujillo

Hello! Thank you for reading my review. I chose this adapter because of the good ratings and Fake Spot rating. I took two packs, kept one for myself and gave the other to my wife. Your needs are simple. She only uses it a few times a week just to connect her Square card reader to her phone to read a credit card at work. So far she hasn't had any problems. But I use mine with headphones on a daily basis, multiple times a day. I attach and detach it from my phone (Note 20 Ultra) every time. And based on this use case, I'm concerned about their durability. The problem is not in the DAC itself, but in the wiring between the ports. Both ends of the adapter appear to be of good quality and fit snugly. I'm very careful with him, but I don't babysit him. Perfectly average usage. I keep the adapter rolled up on my headphones in my backpack when I'm not using it. I didn't coil it or twist it tight, I just rested it on my palm a few times and put it in my backpack pocket. And of course when I put them away I try not to bend the adapter cable. I try to keep it straight. After about three weeks it started turning off. Only slight crackling here and there unless my cable was perfectly still. After about a week it became more frequent and is now unreliable with the phone and headphone cord completely still and not moving. On average, I use them about five times a day and turn them off each time I'm done listening. When these disconnects occur, not only does the audio crackle, but the disconnection causes a pause in the audio. Or, even worse, starting if I paused it while trying to reposition the cable. This interrupt also triggers my Google Assistant. Very frustrating. So basically that's it. Excellent build quality, except for the wiring issue. Great sound while running. But I have to try a different style. Hope this is useful information for someone. Thank you for reading!
