Reach new heights - and crash them too!

Not only can you reach new heights, you can conquer them! The Hampton ceiling fan cloth offers exceptional value for money and surprisingly good quality when compared to its low cost. I think ceiling fans are one of those things that, much as we love them, go unnoticed until they get dirty. Cleaning them is a hassle, and for someone like me, stairs and I are a very bad combination - as I stand at the top trying to hold on to the fan blades, the still images of the moon in the breeze are not far from my thoughts! We have seven blankets. Fans are generally all white except for two which are very difficult to get hold of and keep clean - the fan blades are a virtual dust magnet and this easy to use, excellent product makes them easy to keep clean. We also have an Unger Industrial Fan Cleaner and an 8-foot extension, and while it's better at dealing with horribly dirty fans than the Hampton, it's also four times the price. Twelve dollars for an Unger cleaning head and about thirty dollars for an 8-foot extension with Unger's signature snap-on connection for their cleaning pads and rags. Again, the Hampton kit works almost as well here. In addition, it is easier to store, lighter and easier to use. The rod is made of lightweight aluminum and is very well made. It comes in four parts and you simply twist each of the four parts together, screw on the dust head and viola! You are ready to say goodbye to dusty, dirty ceiling fan blades. You want to slip the blade through the center hole and use your back and drive to really catch any bits and dust cats that collect from the top and sides of the blades. A little pressure will help keep the blade in place while cleaning. Additionally, rubbing your hand across the silky mop head creates static electricity and helps reduce falling debris. Spraying on a small amount of product like End Dust also worked well. If you don't need the full length of the pole, simply unscrew a segment or two. If the dust collector is dirty, it can be washed by hand or in a machine in cold water, but under no circumstances should it be put in a dryer and air dried, otherwise the fibers, which are very thin polyester threads, will become dirty damaged. We cleaned ours and it's like new. Hampton is equally effective as an all-purpose cloth, mesh finish and in hard-to-reach places, both high and low. Considering the Hampton ceiling fan duster is only $12 and the change represents a great value, Plus Prime members get free two-day shipping. and a care book. Really amazing purchase and a must have if you have ceiling fans. Highly recommended.
