The biggest problem I have with bluetooth headphones is the low volume. I don't have very good hearing and can't hear well through them. I bought it after seeing reviews that mentioned the volume. I like big volume. Let me turn the volume down if need be, but don't make it so I can hear it at full volume. For me, these headphones deliver volume loud enough to hear while driving. Communication is great and easy. Usage is fine. I used another rubber earpiece that seals better (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JQ7X25Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). To me, that's a great combination and I highly recommend these headphones. I even threw it in the water shortly after I got it - pulled it out real quick and let it dry. So far it's working fine (what a relief).
