The product sucks and the quality is terrible.

Speeds for this format are normal. Lives in Deepcool ICEDISK 100. It was taken for backup and torrent dump, it copes well with this - the disk is designed for multi-threaded continuous recording. Handles mixed loads just fine. For 2 months, 15Tb were recorded, 20 were read. - Purchased 04/04/2022 For 11~ months, 39 were recorded, 67 were read. No problems so far, time will tell. - 12202222 There was a parasitic noise, brr-brrr-brr, either the engine is dying, or the heads are constantly shaking. And it's idle! I can understand the noise when running, but no load. In the evening and at night, with coolers running at 400-600 rpm, this drive was the main source of noise. You surf, you write to the dock and a constant cyclic brr. Records 64 terabytes, read 112 terabytes. I worked in greenhouse conditions - I didn’t see temperatures above 37-38, noise box, vibrations were also not transmitted. The disk is not even 2 years old! My first Seagate died due to bads after 4~ years, this one made noise after <2. There seems to be a planned obsolescence in this manufacturer's drives. WD - overprice and productive models are very noisy, I have been using Toshiba 2tb for more than 5 years (37 thousand operating hours), I took a second Toshi for 8tb, now the noise is only under load. The Japanese do things. Shigegei - goodbye, I don’t want to get into this for the third time and I don’t advise anyone. There are many reviews that the disc dies in 3~ years.
