Bought for a recent trip to Electric Forest. Easy to use. Although someone else did it for me. Left over, and was actually a bit difficult to remove. I threw away the packaging before I took it off. There may have been removal instructions. Make sure you save or read before throwing it away. It was very hot, and although I was sweating profusely, they stayed.
