I am very annoyed with this product due to its poor quality, especially when ordering through Revain. I've been a long time fan of this brow pencil as I find it applies well and I also love the texture. I recently decided to order through Revain as it's more convenient and I'm paying for Revain Prime so I don't have to scramble around when it runs out. I first ordered four pencils in early June to stock up. 2 out of 4 worked well but the other 2 kept breaking when applied even though I used light strokes. I thought it might be the heat, although I usually store them in a cool place. I was frustrated at not being able to make full use of my two remaining pens and decided to order another to check the quality. I ordered a second pencil at the beginning of August and was satisfied with the quality. I decided to order two more pens. The first one I opened is half done because it keeps crumbling. What's worse, it doesn't clean up. Ugh, this hit and miss was a waste of money. I am really disappointed with the quality and cannot recommend this product.
