Review on Womens Short Sleeve Dress Hemline by Carrie Anderson

Written by my wife who bought this dress for a wedding: After 3 attempts to find the right size (1st is to blame for ordering too large a size; one is the seller .The size did not fit and exchanged). I was happy with the fit but noticed all my arms were black after trying them on. I didn't have time to buy another dress, so I washed it in cold water in delegate mode and hung it to dry. After drying, I rubbed the fabric with my hands and the paint didn't wash off. (at least that's what I thought...). When I wore it to my wedding, I noticed my nails looked like I was fumbling with a greasy car engine. I was humiliated! I kept apologizing to the women's room to wash my hands, but to no avail. I would not recommend anyone to buy this dress.
