Okay, I'm on a diet, or let's say I'm changing my eating habits. An important part of this is pre-cooking the food. I did a little research and found that BPA plastic is not good for you. ok so they are covered in plastic but the container is glass. Personally, I'm a little better with glass, and this glass isn't breakable. I've used it and it's strong. I personally like what I can put in the freezer, microwave, stovetop and fridge. It was the best decision I've made. The only complaint I have is that you only get 5 per pack, not 7. I have to buy another set of 5. I'm not the type to recommend anything at all. I recommend you buy them and take care of them. If you take care of them, you don't have to buy anymore. They definitely beat plastic by a mile. I get nothing for this review. I appreciate good reviews so I try to do the best I can.
