Review on Dell E2414H Widescreen Discontinued Manufacturer Wide Screen Monitor by Chris Chavez

I got this monitor for a computer that I use primarily for "editing" RAW images in Lightroom. The monitor is very sharp and clear, I didn't find it too bright when working but did find that when developing the photos were a little darker than they looked on the monitor. This is quite common since you need to look at an image made of light on a monitor and turn it into an image printed with ink on paper. I've learned to develop an image so that it looks good on the monitor and then lighten it up a bit before sending it to print and it works great. The color rendering is very good, as are the (after brightening) skin tones. A very good monitor for the price.
