They make excellent training underwear for your little ones. It can hold 4 ounces of liquid before overflowing, so that's enough for an whoops. It doesn't have a waterproof lining, making your child uncomfortable and letting you know they need to change. While it doesn't replace a diaper, the waterproof lining does the job and keeps water from seeping through your underwear. If the flow is too fast, liquid can reach the rubber bands and continue to leak. Overall they are great and if you like the design I would recommend them. Don't worry about the size as the elastic will stretch a lot.
