The service is easy, fast or reliable! I have used them for an offsite backup of many different types so we can archive old documents/files that are no longer relevant in our current environment; everything has been successful thus far (although there was some confusion at first because they sent me 3 separate emails). There isn't any thing about this business as it relates directly back into their product itself - just be sure you know what type(s) your files will need before hiring someone else's help if needed down line after receiving proper certifications from other agencies like OSHA etc.. Highly recommend!!
