I am 5’7 and 183 pounds based on the reviews and revains suggestion according to my previous orders, they recommended a medium. I got the medium in (black)and it fits perfect 👍 It has a lot of stretch but the red one is completely different as far as the stretch , it’s more firm . I got into the medium and it was a little struggle because there is not that much give with the material,not gone lie it had my midsection snatched but when I raised my arms it was a little tight and I also a little struggle pulling up over my calves . I’m returning and ordering my normal size which is a large . Overall it’s really cute the color is that deep red can’t wait for it to arrive … will post pics once I receive the large.
