At first I was skeptical about buying an aftermarket. I decided to take a chance as the regular turbine failed at 75k. If that's all I can expect from a car we bought brand new, I figured I didn't have much to risk. So I bought it and installed it myself. I've had it on my car for a few months now and it seems to be holding up well. I have traveled out of state a few times and this is a daily driver. All engine codes and lights are off. The car performs well and works well. At the same time I bought an oil supply line. I'm glad I did a little research as my original line was clogged and not delivering oil to the turbine. So if you have a turbo that needs replacing, this could be a good option for you.
