Review on 🦄 Enchanting Unicorn Princess Birthday Headband: An Ideal Costume Accessory by Johnny Bloomer

I ordered this dress for my daughter's birthday. She wears a size 10 but I chose a size 12-13 as most reviews say it runs small. When it arrived she tried it on and it was still too small. Since there was not enough time, I ordered another dress in a different color, size 14-15. The new dress arrived today, but it's even smaller than the first one. The tag on this dress says size 12. I checked the tag on the first dress and it says size 16. Not only did you send the wrong size both times, but the dresses are much smaller than advertised.
