My family has been using the My Pillow Standard/King Medium for a number of years now. The environment was very comfortable and we had no problem filling it so full that the pillow wasn't soft at all. This new mid is not comfortable at all, my head is at a very tight angle, it has too much padding. I've been trying to use it for the past few nights but it's been keeping me up every night and hurting my neck. This is the firmness of the "hard" My Pillow we have in our closet and have used for a number of years but don't use because it's too firm for our comfort. I don't need a second pillow sitting unused in the closet so I'm returning it for a full refund.
