This is not a scientific review. I bought it to charge my boat's battery in swim or hover mode. We sit and listen for hours to the stereo, which consists of about two amplifiers, 12 speakers, a subwoofer and a head unit, and the system seems to drain the battery fairly quickly, meaning the engine has to be running to charge - annoying. This panel actually seems to keep the battery charged - when everything is working the voltage stays stable instead of dropping like it normally does, so it works very well for my application. The briefcase designed to look like a storage bag is ideal for carrying and protecting on a boat. I have no complaints yet. Absolutely normal.
