Easy to assemble, but why?
They're easy to put together and once you get the hang of it, it doesn't take long. But does anyone really want to build them? no If you're planning a party, you've got better things to do than make tassels. And for that price you should get a ready made garland. In my opinion, $10 for cut tissue paper and duct tape is silly.
