I'm missing teeth that were damaged in a car accident and haven't smiled in years. I really felt like it was closer to 4 stars but the price compared to being able to smile at my wedding without looking completely ridiculous gets 5 stars. Remove some of it to make my upper lip look natural. Also, the insides of the teeth are a bit sharp. Don't be afraid to get in there and file or sand down some imperfections. This caused them to go from fake to passable for me. Real teeth aren't perfect, have little nicks, chips etc. My other complaint was that the beads included were basically enough for a missing tooth. I would like to listen to other reviewers and buy more beads. If you have multiple missing or damaged teeth, I highly recommend following this advice. I've seen people get frustrated, just follow the instructions and keep tweaking.
