Absolutely useless product, not suitable for use.

The cushion was not produced by Ascona but rather by the Hong Kong-based firm Vipson. I got it for my kid sister, but a cushion that's even 12 cm high is too big. Can I have my money and pillow back, please?
- The cushion was the wrong size and not an Ascona brand.
- Not all hard pillows are of the same size.
