Absolutely useless product, not suitable for use.

Extremely dissatisfied; please re-visit within 7 days. I had the front desk pick up a neighbor for me, and she didn't even bother to check out the business. The due dates are now past ((. The cushion was not produced by Ascona but rather by the Hong Kong-based firm Vipson. I got it for my kid sister, but a cushion that's even 12 cm high is too big. Can I have my money and pillow back, please?

The cushion was the wrong size and not an Ascona brand.

Cons

Not all hard pillows are of the same size.
