Good watch but the power cord is not plugged in.
The power cord is not plugged in like a regular cord, it's a plug. It's weakened, and moving it will turn off the clock. The backup batteries (2AA) keep time, but the alarm will not work unless the power cord is securely attached. The indicator is red and bright. Tuning to a station is a hassle as it takes a while to get up and down the HF band. Lots of buttons to tweak things that are versatile and hard to read. You may need to read the manual to install this.
