Rash and swelling on face

To be honest I don't know what went wrong with this product. Because of this, a rash broke out on my skin and my eyes were so swollen they were practically CLOSED. At first I didn't think it was this product and assumed it must be something else, but I've found that every time I reintroduce this product into my daily routine, the rash comes back with a vengeance.
