Works! Cleans grout easily and quickly without having to kneel for hours. I used it in a kitchen that hasn't looked its best in years! And it wasn't difficult. Most went away with a simple cleanser. Others needed more help. Washed with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to a watery paste. I did it little by little, scraping with my Bissell Crosswave which sucked up the residue. The whole kitchen - 13x15 - took less than an hour. Follow-up actions in the future should take much less time. I only wish he had come with his own pen.
