Review on ☕ Cuisinart EM-200NP1 Programmable 15-Bar Stainless Steel Espresso Maker, 12.8"(L) x 9.25"(W) x 10.63"(H) by Thunder Ballman

This product was good for about 6 months then it started making a grinding/humming noise when vaping react milk. Then he no longer frothed milk, just warmed it up. However, this review is more about Cuisinart as a terrible company that is very difficult to work with as a customer. We have been trying to repair this product for over two months. It took me over two weeks to get a UPS return label to send it back and many hours of waiting. The reason it took two weeks was that, for some stupid reason, Cuisinart takes five business days to ship the UPS return label; then they mixed up the order for the label and we had to reset the clock for the label and finally after more than two weeks we got it. We sent the item back and it was repaired and sent back in an amazingly short amount of time. We returned it very excited, turned on the machine and it immediately started leaking hot water from the bottom of the unit. Since then, on May 19th, we have gone through the second phase in which we have tried to get a UPS label to send back the product to be repaired a second time. It has been more than two months since we had this coffee maker in operation. I cannot recommend any product or company.
