Review on 🚰 Enhance Your Water Quality with Berkey Black Purification Elements Pack by Antonio Rojas

I got my Berkey filters and primed them. Then I spilled two shots of water and the water came out cloudy. I figured I had primed them wrong so I primed them again and even soaked them in a container overnight as someone online said. After that I refilled and filtered 2 more portions of water but the water was still cloudy. I called Berki and the person was very nice but said that a small number of filters have this problem and that I need to dry the filters and then refill them. I've already spent 3 days trying to figure this out myself, so I asked him if Berkey would post this information on their website, but he said the boss didn't see it as necessary. I am deeply disappointed as it will be a week before I see if their dry and chiding method works. After I tried their "solution" they said they would replace it. I'm posting this for others so they don't have to wait too long to contact Berkey.
