This product set my skin on fire like someone doused me in gasoline and threw a match and nothing has eased the painful burning sensation. Face, hands, stomach and yes I followed the instructions. I don't know if it's just a product or something else because I use other charcoal products in my daily life and I've never had a problem getting a reaction like this, I would definitely never redeem again
