Additional holes in the wall. Difficult to install.
Do not use support screws! The instructions say to "pierce" the plastic parts. Then you need to screw in a screw. Yeah right. Pieces of plastic just went through the drywall. We now have huge holes in the wall. We had to cover them and raise the shelf higher with just screws. And if you do pencil marks, do it from the top, not at the base of the hook, otherwise it won't turn out straight and you'll end up with extra holes!
