We bought a camper van 2 years ago and where the TV is in the bedroom the door wasn't supported by the lifts already on. I would tell the dealer about this but they would charge for the lifts and installation. even if they were already on a 2016 model with under 5,000 miles. not impressed with the dealer. We looked at YouTube and saw that the door had to be left open, we ended up turning to Amazon for help. Needless to say we ordered the weight needed to hold the TV up which worked great. Now I don't have to hold the TV with my head anymore. thanks amazon Some things my husband ordered we didn't need, maybe they came back. The elevators work.
