Good Complementary training for youth football

Just as good as the more expensive Skilz. One of my fellow coaches has a Skyltz ladder and I don't see any difference. Endless exercise possibilities. I have used this ladder successfully with 8, 9 and 10 year olds. You seem to enjoy this challenge. Put him on a pole for forgiveness or put him on the field for extreme challenges. There's nowhere to hide if you're the leg dragging guy. Good training supplement.
