So I've only had the cover for about a week. The cart is in my garage, so I can't say anything about the weather resistance from experience. The thickness and consistency of the fabric resembles "blue tarpaulin". All marketing images make it look like fabric. It's not like this. My 5 day impression is that it's weatherproof like a blue tarp (not bad). However, one has to be careful when putting it on and taking it off as it looks like it could tear easily if it gets caught somewhere. Especially when it was cold. Besides, it's a job for two to throw it in the wagon. One final point, if you have a pallet truck (I have a 2020 pallet truck) the cover will not cover your wheels. Not sure if this is a weather issue but maybe a security/privacy issue. Unattended outside at a campsite, anyone can clearly see that they are covered.
