I like that it is easy for staff members who are not as computer savvy or don't have time to learn how this software works since they can utilize other aspects of our business without having too much knowledge about programming languages (which sometimes isn’s necessary). It does take some training but once you get used to using it there really aren't any problems we've had yet! The only thing i dislike right now would probably be when someone has been working from home due to Covid 19 pandemic - which usually means no one else being around so if something happens during installation etc then its quite hard/impossible to help out unless another member comes over later after work hours etc. We use this system primarily because we also do online reservations via VRBO website where guests cannot provide us credit card information directly however; instead need to book direct with each guest individually. This makes things very inefficient especially considering many clients will often ask multiple questions before.
