great bookshelf idea - I like this one

I always need extra shelf space for my many books. This collection is not limited to books and my interest extends to media formats as well. Since my living space is always in danger of piling up, I always try to organize my collections. With this constant stream of books or media, I grew bored with the traditional shelf approach, which prompted me to explore the creative artistic vision of this standard storage option. Luckily I found this cute wooden shelf from the Suaylla brand that offers a different take on a bookshelf. This device offers the user a shelf with ledges on the left and right. These shelf extensions are open so you can easily remove them and insert new ones. It's more like a book tree, the branches of which are half shelf extensions. There were enough books at every level. I have many books of different sizes, so I can't give you an exact idea of how many books fit in each section. If you imagine mid-sized college textbooks the size of a 500-page hardcover, I'd say four or five textbooks fit on each link. I like that there is a small flat shelf at the top. I used this to show a rare edition of a historical classic. There are a few downsides that aren't too bad if you have a way to mitigate the device's weakness. I mean there is a not too secure mount connecting the top and bottom sections which makes it a bit unstable if you don't use that option. The only problem is that the wall mount says it's optional, but it's actually necessary unless you have a whole shelf full of ultra-lightweight children's books or something. So basically be prepared to mount these flush to the wall with two plastic brackets and a thick cable tie. Another minor downside is the direction. They are difficult to understand, which makes them very illogical. That's typical of a lot of self-assembled things, so there was nothing to worry about. Luckily, there's a breakdown page that shows the parts without the confusing numbers. I feel like the instructions didn't indicate where the part marked number three should go (3 is the bottom base part, if you must know) which resulted in me taking apart a few parts. Again, nothing to worry about, just be prepared to spend about forty-five minutes putting it together. I love that it comes with the required Phillips screwdriver, although I highly recommend using a drill to speed up the process and not risk removing the screw. I love the look of this shelf, it works both freestanding and on a desk or desk. I recommend placing it on an existing table or shelf as there is plenty of space on the shelves that would be difficult to access on the floor. Had it been elevated it would have looked better and been accessible as intended. In the video clip provided, I chose to grab the device before mounting it to the wall. You might find a slight forward lean, which can be a bad thing if you load it to the max like I did. So it's a good idea to mount it on the wall. In summary, despite some setbacks, I'm happy with it and still only recommend it as long as you're okay with the negative aspects.
