The support team is very responsive when you need assistance or just want clarification of what they can do for your business! They're always willing to go above and beyond their call of duty. At times with some customer's issues it takes longer than expected but that has been our experience overall. Nothing as such at this time. It would be great if there was an option available where we could see statistics about how many requests each employee made during the month so that employees were accountable for any misuse of data etc. This way, management will also know who needs more training.
