I bought this as a twice daily meal replacement. I've been taking it for 8 days now. I mix this with unsweetened coconut milk and a banana twice a day with snacks in between and then have dinner. I lost 11 kg in 8 days. No, that's not the weight of the water, that's the target weight. I have an ileostomy bag with no colon and rectum and wanted to try to lose weight and it works and prevents me from being malnourished. It works, tastes great with banana mixed in, not bad without, but I prefer banana mixed in. This mix does what it's supposed to if you stick to it honestly.
